Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund Policy governs the purchase and use of technical services provided by Cloud Wide Tech Care (a service of Cloud Wide Group LLC) (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Services)
We are committed to the quality of our technical services. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible services, starting from the date of the initial purchase or service activation.
This guarantee is intended to provide a risk-free environment for you to evaluate the quality and suitability of our work. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that:
You have diligently applied the service or solution as instructed by our technical team.
You have fully cooperated with our support team to attempt to resolve any issues.
Your request is submitted within the 30-day period.
Refunds will not be granted for a simple change of mind after the service has been successfully implemented and is functioning as agreed. The guarantee is a commitment to the delivery of functional service, not a trial period for indefinite use.
2. Policy on Intentional and Responsible Consumption
We aim to foster a relationship of trust and to encourage intentional and responsible consumption of our services. The 30-day money-back guarantee is available for a single, initial purchase of a specific service.
Repeat Customers: If you purchase the same service a second time, it is assumed you have determined the service is suitable, and the 30-day guarantee will not apply to the subsequent purchase.
Bulk/Volume Purchases: The guarantee applies only to the first unit of a service purchased in a bulk order, allowing you to test it before full deployment.
We reserve the right to deny service or refunds to any individual or business that we determine is abusing this policy or our services, including but not limited to repeated sign-ups and cancellations.
3. General Policy: All Sales Are Final
Except for the limited 30-day guarantee explicitly detailed above, All Sales are Final. This includes, but is not limited to:
Custom development work once completed and accepted by the client.
Renewal of existing service contracts.
Any service where work has commenced and is outside the initial 30-day period.
Services explicitly labeled as “Non-Refundable” at the point of sale.
4. Protection Against Fraud and Unjust Chargebacks
We view unwarranted chargebacks as a form of theft.
By initiating a service with us, you agree that you will not submit a chargeback request to your bank or credit card company without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us through our formal refund request process.
If a chargeback is initiated against us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend all services to your account and to submit all communication, usage logs, and documentation to the credit card company to challenge the claim.
Any client who submits an unjust or fraudulent chargeback will be permanently banned from using our services in the future.
5. Equipment Leased or Provided
If your service package includes the lease or loan of any equipment (e.g., computer device, hand held device, networking gear, servers, testing equipment):
The equipment must be returned to us within 10 business days of service cancellation or refund approval.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
The equipment must be returned in full working condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
If the equipment is not returned, is returned damaged, or is returned after the 10-day period, we reserve the right to charge the customer the full retail replacement cost of the equipment.
6. Limitation of Liability Clause
Our liability under this Refund Policy is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the technical service.
Cloud Wide Group LLC shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
The cost of procuring substitute goods or services.
Any damage to your computer or system that occurs before, during, or after the provision of our services.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee, you must contact us via email at info@cloudwidegroup.com and provide:
Your name and contact information.
The date of purchase and the service purchased.
A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund and what specific issues you encountered.
